How does billing work?+
You pay per business, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months. The plan includes 2 users; each extra user is added to your bill.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
What does "fair use" mean for the AI assistant?+
The AI assistant is for normal customer conversations of one business. If usage is far above a typical busy shop or coach, we will contact you to agree a suitable plan before changing anything.
Who pays WhatsApp message fees?+
Meta charges some WhatsApp messages directly to your WhatsApp Business account. These fees are separate from Tovvana and are paid by you to Meta.
Is my data secure?+
Each business is fully separated from others, data is encrypted in transit, and payment screenshots are stored privately. Only your team members can see your chats.
